Supportive Housing
Safe, structured transitional and reentry housing with built-in accountability and peer support
Life Skills Coaching
One-on-one coaching in goal setting, financial literacy, employment, and education programs
Recovery Support
Peer-led recovery coaching and relapse prevention that strengthen long-term sobriety

Warm connections to behavioral health treatment, medical care, and county resources
